Halcyon might not have redeemed their warrants. Their filing yesterday might just reflect that they COULD be a 5% holder IF they exercised their warrants. That would make more sense.

Sorry to get your hopes up if that is the case. So if the deal is "only" a settlement at the low end of the expected range won't it be horrible. We will only get a price of $5 to $8 instead of double-digits. Oh the humanity! How will we ever survive?

I fully expected this pricing this morning. When MMs are back to neutral position, price will start to rise. Taking advantage of it.
