Aphria: Major Uncertainty Removed

CSA confirmed firms with U.S. assets can list, trade and clear in Canada.

Positive for Aphria as listing uncertainty was an overhang on stock price.

On Thursday, Canadian security regulators and clearinghouse confirmed that cannabis companies with U.S. business will be able to continue listing, trading and clearing their shares in Canada. Aphria (OTCQB:APHQF) and other cannabis companies with business in the U.S. have avoided the worst-case scenario that could have seen them delisted from Canadian exchanges. We believe the change is positive for Aphria and removed a major overhang for the stock.
