Yep, i have looked at a lot of otcQB and pink stocks, and virtually none have filed yet (so its not late). This maybe as the filing is also year end, so maybe more complex (a guess). Mid year quarterlys would be out about now on average.

One other thing i looked at was the time it took to goto OTCQB from Pink Current, and for that we have already taken a little longer than average. Also, nearly all i looked at didnt produce additional filings after going pink current before getting the OTCQB teir change... so it should not be waiting on the filing.
