confirms the view that their current technology is way behind but why would a customer enter into a development application for something that is already available?

Would love some ideas as to who the customer may be with a focus on class 3 (the smaller) fork lifts who may already have ties with Ballard for either trucks or buses or trains.

May be Ballard will start buying stacks form pLUG! Or they merge
