Agreed completely, was just thinking the same thing. This is nothing but an attempt to rid the last band of shareholders. How the past few years(decades) of the stuff that has gone here is not a blatant criminal thievery is beyond me.

8 million for 245 million invested in IP, and then selling shares at 30% discount is a joke and it’s still kick the can down the road.

I hate to say it, my wife was right years ago when she told me this was a pipe dream
