My partners and I bought a percentage f the company when it was private from crooks. That was before the reverse merger. Them lying has nothing to do with my actions or the value of the company today nor its management. You say you did your DD but you literally answered none of my questions. What DD have you actually done because it appears you looked into a public vehicle that was merely a shell nearly 10 years ago on a company that acquired it 5 years ago. That doesnt seem flawed to you?

I ask these questions because like you I have concerns but my decisions must be based on confirmed facts. That requires effort of which I have put a lot in. I am not pushing anything to my "friends" to get out of any "hole". I doubt very seriously you or anyone here can buy enough stock to reimburse my losses so that is once again a flawed assessment. The only one that can make my losses whole is the ceo of this company and I do not yet see why I should think he is lying when he said he is moving the company in position to improve things. Not understanding a plan doesnt mean there isnt one and doing half hearted dd doesnt mean youre an expert on the matter (anymore than I am).

My point in all this is that if youre willing to help than by all means help us figure out what the heck is going on and how this company is going to uplist or who they are merging with but please dont offer the sky is falling and ask us to take you seriously.

Not trying to insult you but this board was once constructive and folks around here helped one another. Now its become a paradise for flipper and shorters trying to use us to manipulate pps for personal gain. Theres no place for that here my friend
