This story is just getting started. You think that investors would buy shares of this offering if there was not more going on. Come on. Think about it? Did Roth go out and ask investors if they were interested in buying shares that were going down in value, buy warrents that the company has no ability to exicute without a authorized share increase that could be voted down and if things go well they will be right on track to a RS , free fall in SP, and more dilution? Ha ha. That is what they are asking me to believe. I don't buy that. There has to be more going on. If not those investors just lost all their money along with me and everyone else and we will be trading in low subpennys within a week. Then the last bit of money the company has will be spent on lawyers fighting lawsuits.
