Well said.

I remember very well some of your older posts where you definitely voiced the opinion of something to the effect, 'Damn the torpedo's (mediation) Full speed ahead! (appeal). Looks like the GERS is going to go full speed ahead with the appeal. (at least in my opinion)

Trying to think how the infringing companies can think they will do better with the courts than to sit down successfully and work out a deal with GERS. As you pointed out, they stand to lose a lot more.

Some idle thoughts:1. An appeal gives all those involved more time to get their house in order. 2.Is it possible some of the companies can dissolve and avoid the potential fallout? 3. The patents are upheld yet is there a good chance the court could find otherwise?

In the future there will be closure, as there always is. One way, or another.

In the near term though, will dilution start again with GERS? It will probably be easy to see if the pps drops down to the trips again on huge volume. Or, will it go up and no dilution?

KK is getting coin from somewhere to keep GERS alive. Things are happening. Yet the only sure thing investors in GERS know for certain is that KK is absolutely silent regarding everything pertaining to the company. Maybe now he'll change? (haha)

Guess it's up to any individual investor to decide on how to play this stock. 1. Buy as it goes down. 2. Buy as it goes up. 3. Stay away from it. 4. Eat ice cream with pecan pie... (I'm for buying more if the pps goes down and the ice cream with pecan pie)

In short though, feeling better that something was filed in the court today and that in an appeal, the shareholder will do better than in the results of mediation.

Oh, and one more thing. Definitely not a legal beagle by any means, but isn't possible that the infringing companies (or some of them jump ship from the rest of the herd ) settle with GERS as the appeal progresses? Before their ship sinks from their own torpedo's?
