There used to be MMs naked shorting when the ask was slapped, but if you look at the volume (and anything that trades less than 10% of the float daily is low volume) all that crap was covered by now.
There’s no conspiracies here Rob, this company still files and discloses what’s required like they did when they were listed on NASDAQ.
Setting aside the tanker deal that may or may not close, financing that may or may not be utilized, government contracts that may or may not materialize (everyone is free to gauge for themselves the likelihood of these) this company is about as real as it gets on OTC.
