I can't speak to the Canadian listing, but I believe that market ready means they have a facility capable of producing commercial product in a facility that's approved by the FDA or similar agency. In OWCP's case I believe that the production is being done by Amelia under contract with them. A partner may either piggy back off that contract, or develop a facility to produce the drug themselves.

I'm uncertain where Emilia production is done, and while I gather their products are sold everywhere under private labeling, like Walmart, if they have facilities in any U.S. State's. I've gathered that many State laws require the cannabis component in drugs must come from that State. It's just one more way that working in the U.S. is tough, but it also can be very rewarding.
