Not sure about dumping. But, for sure divestiture. However, those shares would have been sold in the market or converted into cash from AVGR. Another consideration is Warrants. These entities may have had Warrants that didn't reach the terms to convert to shares of AVGR. So, the filing might just be for administrative documentation of that outcome.

For CRG LP, $18M in Pr.B represents a substantial cash infusion into AVGR. Yet, it depends upon the Cash Burn to Return on Investment trade off analysis. $18M is more than 10x AVGR market capitalization.
