R/S are neutral-Don't be so quick to sell.

The problem with the last rs was with the type of financing. In fact, reverse splits do not affect fundamentals at all. Market cap will remain the same, and right now, it's too low.

Death spiral financing is over, so if a rs does happen, the end results will be different this time. Sure it may dip, but it'll come back strong when the shorts cover because nothing fundamentally changed.

I just wanted to point out that I've also seen stock reverse split and take off - go green.
