Last round of financing it was -5-10% which is by no means “toxic” at all, those were the best lending terms I’ve ever seen an OTC stock obtain

We are left to:
1. Guess about those terms
2. Research years of filings to find prior agreement to find the original terms then surmise the change
3. Wait for the next official filings that reference AQR and Chart

And, we are back to wondering if TMPS shares are being further diluted.

Aside: Based upon Level 2, someone thinks TMPS is going to $0.05. Has this baby been abandoned???
