Well, the 10-K may be delayed a week or two b/c CFO Jay Powers is actually going to have a lot more numbers to crunch with the acquisition, compared to largely twiddling this thumbs for the previous three quarters on far less transactions.

I'm no CFA and i don't know the nitty-gritty of what's involved, but i assume he's got to set up new systems to account for all the RCP Advisors financial data, unless RCP's own CFO or chief accountant is just handing over a bunch of data files that don't need much new contextualizing for PIOE to report.
