It's a delayed reaction to the recently announced 100 mil equity financing arrangement. They'll be issuing shares at greatly discounted prices to draw on the cash. The market is adjusting to the discounts and the dilution.

Additionally, they haven't had a market moving announcement since November when the enrolled 1 single patient for testing. So they've got nothing to tell us and still miles to go.
Market loses patience with this stuff.
