I didn't see that extra $3B show up in the balance sheet today. Maybe the timing of it made it not show up? The "Senior Preferred stock" number under liabilities was unchanged from 2016 at $117.149B

Or maybe it's built into the accumulated deficit? That number went more negative by $9.552B which kind of matches the total dividends of $12B minus the $3B draw, but not exactly.

Anyone know how that was accounted. Dumb?



When the $3B capital buffer was instated, Treasury's liquidation preference (senior preferred balance) in each company increased by $3B.
