Firstly, if they specify prices but fall short they could be in trouble, Any annoucement along the lines you specify would only cause a short term pop in the price.

At the end of the day I can hold onto my ALMI shares for as long as I need to, I bought at .19 selling just over half at just under a dollar (Seemed a good idea at the time!!). I am not interested where the stock is heading tomorrow. I want to see a stong company growing into a large mining operation over the next few years.

Apart from the 750k block there has been light volume awaiting the news... The current price reflects well the current position the company is in. Sit back and enjoy the ride over the longer term.
