Well, OTE won't because they're the project developer however a company they are working with, that currently exists in Hawaii around the OTEC plant there, is doing this exact thing. Nice sarcasm, yet ironically true.

utilizing the cold desalinated water, Rich's companies are doing just that...so, thanks for sharing the idea so i could do some digging to clarify!
