The fairly low volume here looks just to be flippers still. I really do hope those Form 13's start rolling in showing large chunks of share holdings. I'm still a little peived that I couldn't get in on it? I called my broker and they said they did not have access to it...so to me it still seems more of a private placement than a public offering. Typically an announcement is made with a price set for the shares, and then there is a few weeks of fulfillment before the offer is closed.
This totally smells of a private placement sold to shareholders as a "Public Offering"... so long as they have some kind of a lock out agreement, it will be awesome!
