One thing that could really move this one up, once the financials become clearer, is some newsletter guru with a big following announcing it as a buy to his/her group. That kind of event could happen well before any uplisting and institutions get on board.

What could prompt a newsletter guru doing this? Anyone who saw my prior article on S.Alpha or the one i'll be composing next (i'll probably wait until the 10-K comes out in mid-March).
