I will once again reiterate, the civil case is currently in discovery and everything that has been asked for from the Plaintiff, CMG Holdings Group (successor to XA) by the attorneys has been submitted and has met FULL compliance. It appears there's some confusion about who's involved in this case. As the court filings indicate, the Plaintiff is CMG, Holdings Group (the company), the Defendants are Joseph Wagner et al. There is no mention of Glenn Laken in the court filings that I've come across from reading them. Let's not forget it's the actions of the defendants that has had a negative affect on CMG, XA and all of the shareholders, not the actions of Glenn Laken!!

Also for the record, two law firms have been involved in representing the Plaintiff so nothing has changed with respect to the level of competency and confidence in the handling of this case. As for one of the firms having backed out during this period of time, the possible reason that comes to mind after speaking with an attorney I know who handles civil cases, is the likelihood that during the discovery a conflict of interest had taken place. Of course that is my opinion based on the conversation I had with the attorney. I certainly don't see it being a weakness in the case itself given all of the evidence that has been submitted and the fact the other law firm is still aggressively pursuing the case.
