USMJ may need to increase share auth to 30 billion shares. Their recent increase to 20 billion shares will not be enough to cover losses and expenses and finally start paying management.

USMJ also is required, if they ever have a profit, to pay 51% of it to a 3rd party instead of putting it back into the company.
