DCDC stands to profit from this partnership..


Northsight Capital Inc. (OTCQB:NCAP), following completion of its acquisition of Crush Mobile, LLC, announced today it has engaged Sonya Kreizman and Yossi Shemesh, former Crush Mobile management, as consultants. The two will join Northsight to manage the Crush Mobile Apps and build and launch the new Joint Lovers dating app.

DCDC owes its shareholders an overview on what this means for us.

None seems to be forthcoming.

Just another example of management's non involvement in full disclosure.
