New year - with new - direction that this will go would likely have to be positive for all in order to save face for our government going forward. Sure would not be positive for our government to destroy the American dream of home ownership for 80% of voters etc...

The terms that were changed to in 2012 should be void as it takings issue, unethical, breach of fiduciary duty to shareholders... If the lawsuits were to fail which they won't than that sets stage for all similar cases going forward for corporations and corruption against investors and destroys market confidence- Wall Street would fail

The idea that the 2019 budget would be written up to include an on going theft and unscrupulous agreement to confiscate all future profits from the twins to treasury seems odd - if they also claim that they believe that the twins should no longer be under govt control at the same time... and that they are able to take administrative action as well today.
