Liga is a great company. But most in the otc don’t trade companies. They trade tickers. LIGA ticker does not trade naturally and it’s downturns are pretty easy to call. I trade tickers long and short, whatever way I see money to be made. I correctly called the pps decline three times now. Put plenty of bread on the table for my family. Cup and handle 1 year chart? Not going to happen. Why? Because there are millions of shares ready to be dumped
