I only posted the facts/changes and did some quick DD about the new BOD. Found that they seem to be the Founders of this crypto "exchange" by the look of it.
My opinion doesn't really matter. Fact is Tracy was Custodian for this shell, and obviously he sold it to the new Owners.
For mor Details you'll have to purchase copies of the filings that hit the NVSOS.

But since you asked, i think it could do well if they pull this crypto thing into here. But to be sure we'll have to wait for an official PR or filings... besides that its just speculation
