So Mr CONTE being the CHIEF officer for the financials RESIGNED after he failed to produce and or generate the audited financials WHICH Tony had assured us LAST YEAR were done and would be released in a “FEW” weeks and now MAY 11 is right around the corner and STILL there is NO name change NO audited financials NO acquisition of anything NO annual shareholders meeting And most definitely NO certification.
For 30 years BOD members have been coming and resigning but NOTHING to show for the salaries that have been paid to these ELDERLY elders and most of whom were already RETIRED from their previous jobs.
Can anyone tell me WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE of that very SPECIAL May 11 shareholders meeting?
