TCA Global was settled, never sued again about $500k what's up with that. Only about $600k left in liabilities.

Post revocation, provide three years audited totals and reregister, 99.99% of companies in this situation don't ever do that so it's easy to say what your saying.

Not saying this happening, the chances are astronomical.
