I’m all in on a big NO shot across the BOD bow. Their culpability in blessing multiple bad deals and giving Dan license to ride off with 4% of the company is intolerable. Plus...they’ve been entrenched sucking oversized board fees from the company teat for way too long.

Honest query... In the event the current board is voted out, what is the process to select and seat a replacement slate of Directors? I’m familiar with the process to remove individual board members, but not an entire group. Would the largest investors hold sway on the replacement process?
