Maybe.. but i trust my research and DD vs others speculation.. Had i listened to folks like your self back a month or so ago.. i would now be down well over 50%.. so I feel like i made the right choice. The other issues is time frame. When will this "news" you speak of hit ?? Do you have a real time frame based on any facts? Or just again.. speculation. In my opinion, after reading the filings and claims filed, This could go on for a year or more until all contested Chapt 11 claims are resolved. So even if there might be a pay out, it cant happen until all other claims are resolved. so doubt you will see a pay out, if there is one, any time soon. If there is a reverse merger into the shell ( if in fact there is a shell left when this is all done) it would be even longer as no reverse merger could happen until all Chapter 11 claims are taken care of. Then some one would have to purchase the shell and revers merge into it. So what are we talking here? 1, 2 3 years ? I think i can find something better to do with my $$ Just the reality of this situation in my view.. I could be wrong.. good luck !
