They should just buy the ANDA that their good friend Epic already has ;)

I have previously conjectured that Elite will be the contract manufacturer for Epic/PuraCap when their generic OxyContin ANDA does get full approval, would could happen at any time based on litigation outcome. I still believe that to be true. I suspect prior to approval every generic OxyContin ANDA is going to require HAL data which proves it is no less abuse deterrent than brand name OxyContin, and I wonder if that is the hold up for the half a handful of companies that have already beaten Purdue in court at highest level.
