I think the lawsuit isn't the right solution. Even Dr.P. is not sure in it, maybe he missed a lot of possibility to protest against SK. He try to collect more fresh (after 2014) shareholders to try to attack by evideces. He didn't try to change CEO year by year, know he understand how to do it, & maybe he left enough time to elaborate the proposal and find a candidate before 03/14 at least. It could affect SK to do something, a BO, for example, than all the actual SHs are out of question. I don't understand big investors tolerating SK games for years.
