In my opinion, this is how the chinese company got their hands on ciab to test for hair regrowth. The kits are freely a ailble for purchase, but obviously testing regulations must be followed in each specific country.

Also IMO, ciab works for many things like encapsulated probiotics. Once approved for Lapc, there will be an opening of the flood gates for CIab experiments.
