I was, I was wrong. I can easily admit that, but I have also had some tome to sort out that as of the last financial there was approximately $800,000 in debt to convert.
Per the daily buy/sell volume, intradaday cross trades, and AH T-trades my calculations show that as of yesterday’s close there is approximately $300,000 left in notes to convert before ALL notes are converted INCLUDING the ones that haven’t started to convert.
At a trading price of .002 that means a total dilutive share amount of about 300 million more to go. If we trade at a penny or more (assuming solid news hits) that total amount of shares this money converts for will be less than 70 million more shares. On the flip side, and this is what is the concern, if this goes to trips the amount of shares the notes will convert for will be double to triple the 300 million it would be if it converts in the current channel.
Anyway this is the detailed info. Also my calculations put the OS at or near 300 million as of yesterday’s close.
So we burn thru ALL these conversions at this level (and that will take a few months as some aren’t even able to convert which means the company might just pay them off) the total OS and float would be around 600 million.
That’s 600 million OS FULLY converted!
Or we could seriously lower that number if the PPS climbs up past a penny.
Or the company buys off the future converting notes.
Or we could watch the OS become bloated by watching the PPS drop now due to being “afraid” and “scared” and “under informed”
I’m an honest person, I have an understanding of this stuff, I was initially wrong on the timing. But I’m not wrong on the company or where the PPS will run to on news - this is a legit company that has legitimate contracts in place already that run for 3-5 years per course. 250+ courses. Please do some DD here and find out for yourselves what I have, maybe not the numbers and the notes but anyone can look at the product and read the patents. There a lot here as a company.
