The pending ticker change is shown on the Finra site. (Go to the "Daily List Date Range" and at the "Start" calendar, back date it to 02-13-18 so it will show you yesterday's list.) The Details link to the right shows the R/S.

Nevada is showing that they have "Merged Out" on 12-14-17 and let their business license expire on 12-31-17. (Gregory's name is showing on the Actions page (2) as being notified of their actions.)
