My oldest son said to me once, "dad, the question/subject should not be abortion, the subject should be---when does life begin." Then I have always been convinced that once we accept killing the unborn then we are just a step away from justifying killing the elderly, some may disagree, but once we have started down a slippery slope it is just to EZ to slide into ---at a loss for words right here......but you know what I am trying to say....

Switch gears here for a moment, this morning Scripture reading took me over to the Book of James....I have no idea how many times over the years that I have read James, even taught a Bible Study on James once, this morning in the reading it said more to me than ever before.....strange.....anyway it is a short Book, can be read in a short setting, may I suggest it to be a good idea to just sit for a few minutes and read the entire 5 chaps., take your time & allow it to speak to you....I try each day in my Scripture reading to find something, a verse or 2 that will speak to me and help me to be a better person today than I was yesterday....by the way that is a rather tall order.......
