What I never understand about this type of action is why sell such a valuable future commodity for peanuts today. Unless the obvious that they acquired for pennies, but even then 20 million shares sold for $4 is a heck of alot more than $1.30...
I mean its quite clear that Wheaton is in essence "the bank" for the marijuana industry, and lending money to those who wish to sell a legal drug to the masses is beyond a no brainer!
