1.5M. That's probably scottrade/tdameritrade taking stock out of my account in the merger. They've been taking the liberty of just removing stocks they feel are worthless and not asking me.
They remove the stock THEN send an email telling me to jump though a bunch of hoops to keep my stock.
Then they include the disclaimer that if any activity in the removed stock happens they are not liable for any costs or profits I would have sustained. If the stock is worthless, why have that disclaimer?
