As they say - the value of good is not what owner thinks but what the buyer considers worth paying.

People think this is worth $10 B but market thinks maybe $100 million at max. It is still unproven goods - even the proven goods B-ABSSI is not given any value by market (remember excitement when Leo cited $7.2B buyout of Cubist by Merck ? What happened to B-ABSSI -a novel latest antibiotic that could fetch more than Cubist - no BP or MP cared to make an offer for that)

So again - value is what buyer is ready to pay
