Question to you. Esousa absorber $4.7M of debt in exchange for 2.67M shares. So about $1.77/sh. They didn’t file a 13d so chances are they sold those shares into market presumably in the recent mini spike. Question is why did they buy the debt at that price when the stock was trading below $1.77/sh mark? Why didn’t ceo do a public offering to raise money?
