Maybe,, But late filings are very very common in OTC land .. No big deal ,,and should not affect stock PPS and the direction IFXY is about to head , which we all know is Up from here .. especially after hearing the good news On the First ICO's success so far .. Looking for a definite reversal tomorrow morning and most likely a green week ahead.. $$IFXY respectfully
