It is a terrible waste of shareholder money. As a business owner like yourself how did this happen? Not sure at all. AS the CEO he needs to respond to this.

With that said I was pleasantly surprised with consultation. That should go up drastically as the Ca. acquisition did $500K in the previous 2 years. Take note as that part of the business will bring much to the bottom line.

Never saw anything about the $75K franchise fee from Fl. lab. This should be paid now in Q2 IMO.

All in all a little disappointed but still up close to 50% increased revenues. Was not going to add but in the event we drop to Tarball's $1.30 I will add as I do see a lot of positives going forward. I was including the $75K in my estimate which would have been over a million.

Also the biggest positive IMO going forward is getting some management here that has a clue. I will repeat this as up until know we have a bunch of 2nd graders running this with no expertise on details.

How could you pay $200K for software and ged get a total write off? Ain't there anyone to go after.

Bet we see a PR tomorrow.
