the other issue is that the etherscan is supposed to be the official tracker of transactions and tokens sold by icos that are on the ethereum block chain, which nuvus getx claims to be. so, their tracker is supposed to be accurate. it is supposed to track ALL transactions of a token that flows on the eth blockchain. i don't know what the company is trying to do with their bar graph, but it seems VERY misleading, because it is not an official token counter. if i were them, i would be concerned that regulators could construe it as trying to mislead investors. that is what i would be afraid of happening.
