You are judging this as a finished product when it is just the early working of the website for a concert coming later this year. You would probably need to start work on a functional website for ticket sales and vendor signups before you start doing all the items you mentioned. The point is they are just starting to work on the website, they didnt launch the concert promotion yet. They probably dont have the full line up of bands and dont want to commit to a firm date until they work out which bands are available for which date.

I posted the website link today to show people what we have in the pipeline here. I never said look at this finsihed ready to go bug checked fact checked final website for a firm concert with exact dates.
