We are already pretty low as it is. RS does not change the valuation of a company. AND we don't know if there will be an RS. RS had a bad rep in the OTC community, and for good reason. Companies usually do that to dilute shares and make money. However if a reputable company with money/assets is coming in, RS really should not matter. $SANP
