I do find it a little interesting the bands that are listed on the poster to help spread awareness about mental illness, most actually have very negative lyrics to their songs and music tend to create a darker mood. I speak on this from personal experience. I felt listening to more positive music helped me, but what do I know.
This post is not meant to bash, just an observation.
