Like you I have not had the FLU in 30 years I do not take the shot either but I do hit the vitamins heavy through the winter -seems to have worked. I use zinc B12 and a lot of C even when I feel good I just take them.Several people at work took the shot and got the flu just like it is every year. I call BS on the shots
