Well said. And We Feel that what you wrote is Exactly what Management has been considering for quite a while (not being a "Stand Alone" company). Their efforts in fighting legal battles is quite impressive. We should give Management, the Board, and Legal Team more credit.

It's just a matter of How to Implement the Strategies such as being Acquired, or Merger.

You organized your thoughts rather well. A lot of it is most likely very much Aligned with how Management is thinking also.

How would you go about finding someone to Acquire or Merge with Veltex? (Our guess is that Veltex is already making attempts at this).
