we don't know what he has which impairs the enthusiasm needed at least for me to help commence a lawsuit. If someone can chime in with what he has it might be an idea to speak to a lawyer. I feel like if he even had $300K sitting around from his own money we would not be in this situation as he could have gave some to clean the filings. I wonder what management does all day, this can't be their main job
