Down here in the low float sub pennies we set the price. Without news someone who tries to sell 500k or 1m shares at market pulls the stock down with their sale. some times their is not enough bids coming in for them to fill at .002x's or even .0009.. notice the bottom feeders that set their bids at .0001 and .0005 in the level 2. they are waiting for sellers to dump 2million shares at market. I think the drops yesterday and today was some newbie dumping at market and someone with a low bid getting lucky. With news this will fly.
